Spinning demo and wool fashion and art set to wow at Newdegate

Once again Fanny McDonald is set to wow everyone at this years Field Day’s with wollen wares.

Be sure to catch the ‘Woolie Ladies’ up at the Dyson Jones shed where they will be demonstrating of the processes involved in turning wool from the raw product into a workable yarn, including carding — where the wool is combed and disentangled — spinning and weaving.
